Working With Us

An RCIC is a licensed professional authorized to provide immigration advice and represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). RCICs are regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and must adhere to a strict code of professional conduct.

While it is possible to apply on your own, immigration applications can be complex, time-sensitive, and unforgiving of errors. A single mistake can lead to refusals, delays, or even bans. An RCIC helps you understand your options, prepare a complete application, and respond to any IRCC requests — maximizing your chances of success.

Our fees vary depending on the complexity and type of application. We provide a detailed quote after your initial consultation so there are no surprises. We believe in full transparency — the price we quote is the price you pay.

Yes! We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your situation, explore your options, and determine the best path forward. There is no obligation. Simply reach out via our contact page to book your session.

We serve clients in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

Permanent Residency & Express Entry

Express Entry is Canada's primary system for managing applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. It manages three federal programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), and the highest-scoring candidates receive Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for PR.

Processing times vary by program. Express Entry applications are typically processed within 6 months. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications can take 12–18 months or longer depending on the province. Family sponsorship timelines also vary. We will give you a realistic timeline based on your specific situation.

The PNP allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province. Each province has its own streams and criteria. A provincial nomination adds 600 points to your Express Entry CRS score, virtually guaranteeing an ITA.

Visas & Temporary Permits

Yes. A refusal is not necessarily the end of the road. We can review the refusal letter, obtain your GCMS notes to understand the officer's reasoning, and help you prepare a stronger reapplication or explore other options.

A Super Visa allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to visit for up to 5 years at a time (recently extended) without needing to renew their status. It is a multi-entry visa valid for up to 10 years. It requires proof of medical insurance and that the inviting child/grandchild meets a minimum income threshold.

In many cases, yes! Spouses or common-law partners of certain work permit holders may be eligible for an Open Work Permit, allowing them to work for any employer in Canada. Eligibility depends on the type of work permit you hold and your NOC skill level.
